How does the selling process work?

To get started, find the product you are selling by navigating our home page. Provide responses to the questions that follow, and submit your quote. You will instantly be provided with an offer, packing instructions, and a free shipping label, unless any upgrades or defects requiring a custom offer were noted in your quote submission. Once we receive your product, we will perform a visual inspection and hardware test, and send payment if the product was sent as described in the quote.

How can I get paid?

We offer three options for payment: Zelle, macofalltrades.com Store Credit, and Check.

What accessories should I send with my product?

Only send the necessary accessories used to operate the device you are trading in. This includes power adapters/cables, and (if selected) keyboards and mice. Do NOT send any other accessories unless you have received written confirmation that we will be purchasing them from you. This includes but is not limited to: cases, screen protectors, and SIM cards. These items are immediately discarded upon receipt at our facilities and we are unable to retrieve them if you choose to have your product returned.

Do you offer more for upgrades?

Any standard upgrades that we offer higher payment for will be listed in the product options when submitting your quote. Certain upgrades will require providing additional information for manual review. In these cases, we will review the information provided, and we email you a formal offer based upon our valuation of the upgrades.

Do you purchase damaged products?

If you have an item with cosmetic or operational defects, simply note this in the appropriate field when submitting your quote. We will carefully review the issues you report and provide a fair offer based upon our repair costs.

Do you erase my data?

Yes, we securely erase all hard drives upon arrival. We also install a clean OS prior to resale.

How do I know you are legit?

Can I change my payment method?

We are unable to make changes to payment methods. A new quote must be submitted and processed to receive a different form of payment. 

Why can't I find my product?

All products we are currently purchasing are listed on the site. If your product is not listed, then unfortunately we are not purchasing it at this time.
